30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it is in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery.
2. We will email you a returns authorisation and a free prepaid return label to download and print. Return shipping is free - we cover the cost.
3. Attach the label to your parcel and post it back to us.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
