Industrial Pendant Light is a vintage loft-style ceiling light with a 27cm iron dome shade and a brass tone lampholder, on a cord adjustable from 20cm to 100cm.

Loft-style light, built to hang low

A wide, 27cm iron dome shade opens beneath a brass-tone E27 lampholder, throwing light both down onto the table and up into the shade's coloured interior. The cord adjusts from 20cm to 100cm, so it can be hung low over a table or higher for general room lighting, and it's available in grey or black finishes to match a range of industrial and loft interiors.

You will need

Drill, screwdriver, spirit level, voltage tester

Not confident with wiring? Use a registered electrician.

Installation

Switch off at the fuse box and check the circuit is dead.
Fix the bracket to the ceiling.
Set the drop: feed the cable or chain through the canopy and lock it.
Connect brown to L, blue to N, green/yellow to earth. Tug each wire to check.
Lift the canopy over the bracket and secure it.
Fit the shade and bulb, switch on.

Care

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth once cool. No solvents.
