Mushroom Table Lamp pairs an acrylic dome with a lacquered coloured base, 20cm across and 22cm tall, in five colours.

A dome on a coloured ball

A smooth acrylic dome rests on a glossy lacquered ball, and the colour of that ball is the whole point of the lamp: red, yellow, pink, green or white, each reading as an object on the shelf even when the light is off. The dome diffuses light evenly with no visible source. Three colour temperatures are selectable and the output is adjustable, so the same lamp works as a reading light or as a low evening glow.

A Dome on a Coloured Ball

Three Whites, One Dial

Three colour temperatures are selectable and the brightness adjusts, so the same lamp reads for work or glows for evening. Picture it on a shelf, the coloured base holding its own against the books.

Often not. Plug-in and rechargeable pieces need no wiring at all; many hardwired lights can be fitted by a confident DIYer in about 15 minutes. Every product page has an Installation & downloads tab with step-by-step instructions and a printable PDF guide. If you are not comfortable with wiring, or the light is going in a bathroom or kitchen, we recommend a registered electrician.
