A rounded rice paper shade is handcrafted in a ribbed, lantern-like silhouette, diffusing light into a soft, warm glow reminiscent of classic Japanese Akari lamps. It balances on a slim three-legged iron tripod, with a choice of three light colours and a simple power-button switch, bringing a quiet wabi-sabi character to any tabletop.

Installation

  1. Unpack and remove all protective film.
  2. Set the shade on the ring and tighten the finial by hand.
  3. Fit the bulb.
  4. Place on a flat surface, away from curtains and heat.
  5. Plug in and switch on.

Care

Dust the shade with a soft brush. Keep dry and away from flames.
