Wabi Sabi Fabric Pendant Light is a handmade fabric chandelier on a metal frame, available from 40cm up to 80cm across, on an adjustable cord.

Handmade fabric, sculptural silhouette

Fabric is gathered by hand over a metal frame into a softly irregular form, no two quite alike, diffusing a warm glow through the cloth. Four diameters let you scale it from a 40cm drop beside a bed to an 80cm statement piece over a dining table or in a restaurant.

You will need

Drill, screwdriver, spirit level, voltage tester

Not confident with wiring? Use a registered electrician.

Installation

Switch off at the fuse box and check the circuit is dead.
Fix the bracket to the ceiling, into a joist or a fixing rated for the weight.
Set the drop: feed the cable or chain through the canopy and lock it (about 75 cm above the table).
Connect brown to L, blue to N, green/yellow to earth. Tug each wire to check.
Lift the canopy over the bracket and secure it.
Fit the shade and bulb, switch on.

Care

Dust the shade with a soft brush. Keep dry and away from flames.
