Amber Glass Table Lamp sets a disc of amber glass and a brass-tone cap on a teardrop wooden base, 24.5cm or 31.5cm tall with a 22cm shade.

A teardrop base, an amber disc

A turned wooden base swells at the foot and tapers into a slim stem, topped by a rounded disc of amber glass under a brass-tone cap. The light sits beneath the cap and shines through the amber, so the glow is warm and low rather than bright. The two heights share the same 22cm shade.

Where to place it

Suits a bedside table, a sideboard, a desk or a bookshelf, where a soft accent light is wanted rather than a reading light. It sits naturally in retro, mid-century and French-inspired interiors.

Warm Light Through Amber

The light shines through a disc of amber glass, so the glow stays warm and low. It suits bedside tables, sideboards and bookshelves.

Two Heights, One Shade

The 24.5cm lamp suits a bedside, the 31.5cm a sideboard or a desk. Picture a pair at each end of a sideboard, two amber discs glowing.

Often not. Plug-in and rechargeable pieces need no wiring at all; many hardwired lights can be fitted by a confident DIYer in about 15 minutes. Every product page has an Installation & downloads tab with step-by-step instructions and a printable PDF guide. If you are not comfortable with wiring, or the light is going in a bathroom or kitchen, we recommend a registered electrician.
