Where do you deliver ?
We deliver free to mainland UK addresses. We don't currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands or outside the UK. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on the address you enter.
What if my order isn't right ?
If a piece doesn't work out, get in touch and we'll sort a return or exchange, no fuss.
Does this come with a bulb ?
Bulb type and inclusion vary by design, check the description above for exactly what's included with this piece.
Do I need an electrician to install it ?
Often not. Plug-in and rechargeable pieces need no wiring at all; many hardwired lights can be fitted by a confident DIYer in about 15 minutes. Every product page has an Installation & downloads tab with step-by-step instructions and a printable PDF guide. If you are not comfortable with wiring, or the light is going in a bathroom or kitchen, we recommend a registered electrician.
